Founder, Renaissance Youth & Education Foundation

Sat started the Foundation while still at School, after facing difficulties with his health & dyslexia. New ways of accessibility to education was an area where he wanted to make a difference. Satwinder was awarded the Anne Frank Award in 2007 by the Anne Frank trust for his work with the Foundation. Since then, the foundation has continued to grow. Highlights include sending a delegation to the 2007 UN Peace Ceremony in New York, and creating an ongoing project with the Nobel Peace Institute in Norway. The Renaissance Education Foundation’s core values include inspiring young people, raising awareness about world citizenship and people fulfilling their potential.
